These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the UMD Marketing website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

UMD Marketing provides digital marketing services, specializing in paid advertisements on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), including but not limited to:

Paid traffic strategy and management, Campaign creation and optimization, Lead generation, Reporting and analytics. All services are tailored to each client and subject to separate agreements and/or proposals.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate business and contact information, Comply with Meta’s advertising policies and all applicable laws, Review and approve ad creatives and materials in a timely manner, Make payments as agreed.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of service.

3. Payments & Refunds

Unless otherwise specified:

All payments are due in advance or based on agreed terms, Services are non-refundable once work has commenced, Late payments may result in paused campaigns or termination.

Custom payment terms may be outlined in a signed client agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, ad creatives, strategies, and reports developed by UMD Marketing remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use materials we provide for your business.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of service, unless required by law.

6. Disclaimer of Guarantees

While we strive to deliver high-performing campaigns, we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., lead volume, conversion rates, revenue). Performance depends on multiple variables beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UMD Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any agreement or campaign at our discretion, particularly in the case of:

Non-payment, Misuse of our services, Violation of Meta policies.

You may also terminate services with written notice, subject to any terms in the service agreement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located within Ontario.
